for sql 2008 entp server,user are facing timed out error while connecting to the database,
Time-out occurred while waiting for buffer latch type 4 for page (1:24141067), database ID 19.
error message : The adapter failed to transmit message going to send port "sd.data" with URL "mssql://XXMINTO342//MANAS?". It will be retransmitted after the retry interval specified for this Send Port. Details:"System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Time-out occurred while waiting for buffer latch type 4 for page (1:24141067), database ID 18.

noticed everything is fine at database and the same is online..., but not sure why user facing same error while connecting to the database.
is this server realted issue or any network bug, how to encounter and resolve the issue?
can you please help.
